Wildlife Safari is the only animal park in the Pacific Northwest where visitors can drive their own cars past exhibits. Its 500 animals include a wide range of exotic, impressive and rare species, such as the lion, cheetah and scimitar horned oryx. For an extra fee, visitors can also opt to participate in a number of special events from helping feed lions to Pachyderm Picasso, where an elephant will paint a picture to be taken home. The park is located on the open land of southern Oregon, eight miles south of Roseburg.
